Pilates

Pilates is for everyone and will benefit to each individual body. It focuses on whole body wellness, healing through movement, the mind body connection and breathing. Because of its low impact it is also a wonderful form of exercise for rehabilitation besides the great benefits it can achieve as a form of fitness.

Solo classes

Our solo classes are designed towards the physical and mental needs of the individual client.

Our bodies need something else day by day, so therefor each session may have a different focus. This 1 one 1 type of training will be taught in a private room at the studio of Staetsgeheim, a personal training gym in Amsterdam Westerpark neighborhood.

We use different kinds of Balanced Body pilates equipment such as:

  • Allegro reformer 2

  • Allegro stretch reformer (suits bigger and taller bodies)

  • Trapeze table, also known as the Cadillac

  • Ladder barrel

  • Spine corrector 3x

  • Springboards 3x with push through bar

  • Combo chair

Duet or trio

Do you prefer to train with a friend or two friends? These classes can be shared and organized amongst two or three friends. It is recommended to have taken private pilates classes before enrolling into duet or trio classes. For our trio classes we only use the springboards, spine correctors and mat.
